Claus Meyer

More than 30 years ago, Claus Meyer, at the age of 20, prepared his first catering service in his two-bedroom apartment in Copenhagen, which delivered with his bicycle.

From his enormous desire to improve the Danish food culture, Claus grew to become a successful entrepreneur for business and educational initiatives, a book author, TV presenter, co-founder of restaurant Noma, elected four times as best restaurant in the world, founder of Meyers food services, the Melting Pot Foundation and the injector of the New Nordic Food Movement.
